Question 1

Do you produce acrylic products to our own drawings and branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work from CAD, AI, PDF or even hand sketches. Our engineers review every file for manufacturability, confirm thickness, finish and assembly method, then produce a pre-production sample before mass production. Logos can be laser engraved, UV printed or silk-screened.

Question 2

What acrylic materials and finishes are available?

Accepted Answer

We process cast and extruded PMMA in clear, frosted, mirror, colored and metallic gold or silver finishes, as well as PS and PP sheet for cost-sensitive programs. Cast acrylic is recommended for laser engraving, thick panels and premium edge clarity.

Question 3

What is the typical lead time for a custom acrylic order?

Accepted Answer

Samples are typically ready in 5 to 7 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production usually takes 15 to 25 working days depending on quantity, printing and packaging requirements. Rush schedules can be discussed for event deadlines.

Question 4

How do you protect acrylic products during international shipping?

Accepted Answer

Every piece keeps its protective film until it reaches you. Products are separated with foam or pearl cotton, packed in export-grade cartons and, for large items such as champagne walls or cases, reinforced with wooden crates. Drop tests are available on request.

Question 5

Can you support private label and retail-ready packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support private label programs with custom logos, color boxes, inserts, barcodes and assembly instructions, so products are ready for retail shelves or e-commerce fulfillment upon arrival.

Question 6

Which industries do you supply?

Accepted Answer

We supply retail and brand display, hospitality and restaurants, weddings and event planning, office and education, home organization, electronics enclosures and pet and aquarium projects for buyers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Oceania and Asia.
